Pork & Beans this Friday in London UK

For lovers of vintage soul and rhythm'n'blues, who happen to be in London this weekend, we'd like to recommend the Pork & Beans club night this Friday. This time round residents Timid Tomas and Ethan Saunders are excited to be joined by Southern Sam and Niamh Lynch for more top notch Rhythm & Blues and 60's Soul.

The venue, Positively 4th Street, is just four minutes from Warren Street, Euston Square or Mornington Crescent Tube stations.

David 'Honeyboy' Edwards UK tour

Delta Blues legend David Honeyboy Edwards returns for a UK tour at the end of September. Honeyboy Edwards, at age 94, and his close friend, Pinetop Perkins (age 96) are the oldest and arguably, the last Delta blues players still touring. Edwards was a friend to the legendary musician Robert Johnson and claims he was present on the fateful night Johnson drank the poisoned whiskey that took his life.
