Swedish beer label Norrlands Guld now have their own jeans, designed by Örjan Andersson of Cheap Monday fame. Sturdy raw denim, and comes with a bottle opener. Made in Italy in a quantity of 1000 pairs. These are only sold in a few selected stores in Sweden, but you can buy them online from Sivletto. Limited edition, so act fast!
Norrlands Guld is one of the largest beer labels in Sweden and has been running a commercial with guest stars like Victoria Silvstedt.
16 August marks the 30th anniversary of the death of Elvis Presley, and loads of products appear on the market to commemorate or perhaps cash in (you choose). Yesterday, the 14th, saw the DVD release of Elvis: The Mini-Series in USA.
Starring Jonathan Rhys Meyers as Elvis, Randy Quaid as Colonel Tom Parker and Rose McGowan as Ann-Margret, this mini-series was first shown on television in 2005.

Finally, The Leather Boys (1964) is available in the UK on DVD thanks to Orbit Media. Set in and around the famous Ace Café, this classic British film of the
60’s follows the lives of two young newly weds, Dot (played by Rita
Tushingham) and Reggie (Colin Campbell). Mistaking lust for love, their marriage end up on
the rocks. When Reggie moves in with his best mate Pete played by
Dudley Sutton (Tinker in Lovejoy) he discovers a new world and
relationship... This is one of very few movies made, if not the only one, during the Ton-up/Rocker era in the UK to have a plot set in the Leatherboy's world.
